Each piece of pottery is handmade and glazed by hand which makes it perfectly unique.  There will be slight differences in size, shape, and color with each piece.  

 

Care for handmade stoneware pottery:
Your piece of stoneware pottery is oven, microwave and dishwasher safe. Uneven heating or sudden, severe temperature changes can create tension within the molecular structure of the clay piece, which can lead to cracking. In order to avoid this, never use your pottery over direct heat, such as a flame or a burner. Introduce temperature changes gradually. For example, if you’re going to use your pottery in the oven, don’t preheat the oven. Place your pottery in a cool oven and let them come up to temperature together. If you're going to be pouring boiling water for tea into your cup or mug, it's a good idea to pre-warm the cup with some warm/hot tap water first.

If you are not completely 100% satisfied with your order, I will gladly allow you to return the item. Please contact me within 2 days of delivery at bethanyrosepottery@gmail.com and let me know why you are unhappy with the product. All returned items must be shipped safely back to me within 3 weeks before the refund is issued. Shipping costs are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you are not confident in packaging a breakable item, you can pay to have the item professionally packaged at UPS for example.

Please contact me immediately at bethanyrosepottery@gmail.com if you receive a damage package. Please snap a photo of the damaged package or product in its packaging. All packages are insured but proof of damage is necessary to file a claim. Items will be replaced and delivered to you as soon as possible.

 

All items are carefully packaged with either new, like-new, reused, recycled or recyclable materials to ensure their safe arrival to you. Packaging and handling is included in the shipping price.  Please allow 2 days to package before the item/s are shipped.

Domestic orders will be shipped Priority Mail (delivered within 2-3 business days of ship date) with insurance through USPS. If you have a special shipping request, please contact me. A confirmation message with tracking information will be sent when your purchase has been shipped.

If a package is returned to me due to an error on your part (inaccurate address, etc), an additional invoice will be sent to cover the cost of re-shipment.
